These infographic videos simplify complex food storage and preservation topics into digestible, visually engaging pieces designed for social media. Each animation was crafted to educate viewers while maintaining a clean, approachable aesthetic that aligns with One Third's mission of making sustainability accessible to everyone.

Unlocking the Potential of Rapeseed Press Cake
Denmark produces over 533,500 tons of rapeseed press cake annually, mostly used as animal feed. However, this byproduct has immense nutritional and economic value, especially as a plant-based protein alternative.
Event Showcase
Bringing innovation to life for SPIS\BAR 2024, Copenhagen's premier food sustainability conference. I developed key motion assets to visualize complex data narratives, such as the upcycling potential of rapeseed press cake and transforming raw statistics into engaging visual stories that resonated with industry leaders.
