ADCORE. MORE THAN A TASK: A PROACTIVE PROPOSAL FOR MARKET GROWTH

This project was completed during the application process for the AI Motion Designer position at ADCORE. My goal was not only to fulfill the technical requirements but also to demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to exceed expectations to impress the CEO and the recruitment team.

The official requirement was to design an Animated Storyboard (15 seconds) and provide a Prompt Appendix (AI Prompts) for each shot. I proactively produced a complete Motion Graphic Video in a TVC/Cinematic style based on that storyboard. ​

Concept: "Race the Sunset." The video is built on a dramatic structure: The Chase (tension, racing against time) transitions to The Reward (instant peace and relaxation).

My Approach: I demonstrated a deep understanding of effective AI Prompt writing (camera, scene, details) to create cinematic, warm, real-life Australia shots as requested. Furthermore, I showed initiative by delivering the complete video.

Key Highlights: AI Prompting Skill: Proved the ability to convert script ideas into detailed AI commands, ready for AI Video tools (Runway, Sora, etc.). Exceeding Expectations: Proactively delivered the final, complete video.

Animation & Brand Consistency

The requirement was to animate an existing Storyboard into a 15-20 second video, focusing on fast, smooth motion and maintaining brand consistency.


​ My Approach: I focused on optimizing motion (easing, motion paths) and researched Tentworld's existing brand motion language to ensure the animation respected and aligned with their current movement style.

Key Highlight: Demonstrated high technical execution skills and a deep understanding of Brand Consistency.

Strategic Initiative: Scale Up Market with AI Creative Studio

This is the extra part I did to impress the CEO, demonstrating business acumen and strategic vision. ​ Problem: The current AI Creative Studio videos use Israeli actors, which limits market expansion.

Solution: Remake 3-4 original videos, replacing Israeli actors with Asian actors. ​

Message: Proving global Scale Up capability: "With just 1 concept, AI can be customized for multiple markets."
